This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to
Construct an approximately 1500 SF stilted Transient Training Enlisted Barracks Building
302 at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Project to consist of site work and grading,
construction of a Transient Training enlisted barracks cabin, with wrap-around composite
decking, a small amount of concrete sidewalk, exterior lighting and landscaping. Also
project will address necessary capital improvements to existing utility lines (electric, water,
sewer, natural gas) and sewage lift stations necessary to support the new buildings.
Primary facility to be wood construction, one story on stilts, with a covered deck access.
