Public Notes:
This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to Construct an approximately 1500 SF stilted Transient Training Officers Quarters Building 301 at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Project to consist of site work and grading, construction of a Transient Training Officers Quarters cabin, with wrap-around composite decking, exterior lighting attached to the building and landscaping. Primary facility to be wood construction, one story on stilts, with a covered deck access.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $25.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.
