Bids will be received until 4:00 PM (CST), on Thursday, March 5, 2020, by Dr. Richard Hasty,
Superintendent, at Plattsmouth Community Schools, 1912 Old Hwy. 34, Plattsmouth, Nebraska 68048.
Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or
representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Plattsmouth Community Schools will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General
Construction, Civil Work, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for a building addition and renovations to be
located at 1916 Old Hwy. 34, Plattsmouth, Nebraska 68048. The proposed building addition will be one story in height and approximately twenty five thousand (25,000)
square feet in size. The existing building will also have selective renovations. There will be a new Storage
building near the athletic track approximately one thousand-five hundred (1,500) square feet.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit of $200.00 for each set of Documents. Checks shall be
made out to Plattsmouth Community Schools. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $60.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $65.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
