Bid Info:   Bids will be received until 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the office of the Owner, Lakeview Community Schools, 3744 83rd St, Columbus, NE 68601. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope with “Lakeview Community Schools Bid Package #1” on the front of the envelope

Public Notes:
The New Construction portion of the project will include (4) Separate Building Additions: New District Offices (Approx. 3,100SF) FCS / Art Addition (Approx. 5,200SF) New Athletics / Gym Addition (Approx. 22,200SF) New Ag Addition (Approx. 8,200SF) The Renovation portion of the project will include the following: Complete HVAC renovation of the existing school (Approx. 65,000SF). Replacing the existing Heat Pump system with new RTU’s Complete Renovation of the Industrial Technology Area Renovation of the existing Girls Locker Rooms Renovation of the existing office space Complete renovation of (6) Public Restrooms Re-purposing / renovation of several classrooms Cosmetic Upgrades to existing classrooms

Bid package #1 is ONLY the foundation package that is being bid at this time.

Documents can be shipped for an additional payment of $20.00 to A&D.

If required, CDs can be mailed for an additional fee of $9.00 paid to A&D.
