Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the Woodbine Wellness Center - New Wellness Center with Pool, Gymnasium and Daycare, 601 Snyder Road, Woodbine, IA 51579. Woodbine School District will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM on March 11, 2020. Bids received after this time shall be rejected. Bids should be submitted to: Business Office, Woodbine Community School District, Attn: Chris Anderson - Superintendent, 501 Weare Street,
Woodbine, Iowa 51579. The bids will be considered by the Woodbine
Community School District Board on March 18, 2020 at 7:30 a.m. in the Thinker Dome Room
at the Woodbine Community School District.

Project Description: The new Woodbine Wellness Center will be a building
approximately 50,000 SF in size, with an overall anticipated construction cost of ten
million dollars with precast panels and steel frame construction. Major components
of the building will include a 6-lane, multi-use pool, multi-use gymnasium, fitness
facility, STEM class cluster, senior center, and daycare.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to NuStyle Development. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $70.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
