Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 2/27/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm

Public Notes:
The repair project is to include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and other necessary items to repair approximately 39 acres of land (of which nearly 36 acres is the maneuver land/training area) and bring it back to a point of functional use for training. Project to include the collection and removal of an estimated 23,500 cubic yard of excess earthen materials (dirt, sand, clay) washed in by the flood and river waters, the grading and infill of large holes created by flood waters, and the necessary cleanup of natural and man-made storm debris littering the site, and the regrading of these many acres to repair the maneuver area and training land back to its more natural state, including restoring natural drainage and reseeding of grasses and natural vegetation.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.
