Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the Purchasing Officer until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on February 12, 2020 for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the Purchasing Officer's office of City Hall.

Public Notes:
SCOPE OF WORK for this project includes the following: The air cooled water chiller is located at the southwest corner of the building adjacent to the Mechanical Room. The chilled water system has propylene glycol anti-freeze. The existing chilled water system shall be flushed and new glycol/water installed by the Contractor as part of this project. A new glycol feed system located in the Mechanical Room will be included in the project’s scope of work. The boilers are located in the Mechanical Room. The existing boiler is a single Kewaunee fire-tube boiler. The replacement system will consist of two high efficiency boilers. The existing hot water heating system shall be flushed and replaced with new treated water.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Engineering Technologies, Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
