Job description: The work described here shall consist of ACC/PCC pavement removal and construction, storm sewer construction,grading, seeding and erosion control as shown in the drawings and described in the Project Manual.

NDCS intends to award either the Base Bid or Alternate Bid #1 The NDCS reserves the right award or not to award Alternate #2 or Alternate #3. NDCS will not award both Alternate #2 & Alternate #3.

Partial sets will not be issued.
