Project Description: Work includes complete demolition and remodel of the existing restrooms at all levels of the building to meet current ADA standards. This generally includes removal and replacement of floor, ceiling and wall finishes, new bathroom fixtures and toilet partitions and modifications to the existing plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. The project will be completed in two construction phases, providing occupants access to half of the restrooms during each phase of construction.

A hard copy of Bid documents can be obtained with a $40 Refundable Deposit check made payable to NDOT.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $20.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set in good condition and any received addenda to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening. Partial sets will not be issued.
