Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 2:00 o'clock p.m. local time on Thursday February 13, 2020, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities: One (1) Mechanical bar screen replacement with controls modifications.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. There is NO Deposit required on this project. Only ONE set per planholder allowed.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

CD's and Downloads are not allowed per the City of Council Bluffs.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of City Council Award.
