Kenesaw Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined
Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed completion of
interior renovations at the existing Kenesaw Public School building located at 110 North 5th Avenue,
Kenesaw, Nebraska; That said, bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February
11, 2020 in the Kenesaw Public Schools Front Office at 110 North 5th Avenue, Kenesaw, Nebraska.
Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to
attend.

This project involves the renovation of approximately 8,600 SF of classrooms, science
labs and library spaces of the single story school in Kenesaw Nebraska. The project
includes demolition work, new wall partitions, new floor, ceiling, wall finishes and
furniture. Upgrades to the lighting, HVAC and plumbing systems to accommodate the
new room layouts in addition to other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
