Project Description: As part of base bid the mechanical scope of work consists of replacing the existing kitchen hood and make-up air unit with a new code compliant Type I kitchen hood and gas fired make-up air unit, as well as adding smoke relief vents to the auditorium stage. Under Add Alternate #1 three (3) new roof tops units shall be installed to condition the Elementary Gym. Under Add Alternate #2 two new roof top units shall be installed to condition the High School Gym.

Electrical scope of work as part of the base bid consists of replacing the electrical gear in the High School, updating the emergency lighting throughout the entire building, and providing power to the new kitchen exhaust fan and make-up air unit. Under Add Alternate #1 power is to be supplied to the new roof top units feeding the Elementary School Gym. Under Add Alternate #2 power is to be supplied to the new roof top units feeding the High School Gym.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.
