Public Notes:
Project Description: Work includes building renovation and site work at both Brady Rest Areas along Interstate 80. Site work includes removal and replacement of concrete walks, including grading and new ADA signage to identify accessible routes. Building renovation work includes removal and replacement of toilet accessories and partitions, replacing selected plumbing fixtures, tile work and relocating incidental electrical work.

A hard copy of Bid documents can be obtained with a $40 Refundable Deposit check made payable to NDOT.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $20.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set in good condition and any received addenda to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening. Partial sets will not be issued.


Addenda
