A Pre-bid Conference will be held for this project on January 20, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. local time.
Bidders shall meet first at North High School, 1010 S. 144th St, Omaha, NE 68154,. At 1:40 p.m. we
will meet at Andersen Middle School, 15404 Adams St, Omaha, NE 68137. At 2:20 p.m. we will meet
at Kiewit Middle School, 15650 Howard St, Omaha, NE 68118. At 3:00 p.m. we will meet at Neihardt
Elementary School, 15310 Drexel St, Omaha, NE 68137. All bidders are encouraged to be present.
There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a
Combined Construction contract including work for the proposed construction of MPS Door & Frame
Replacements project at various sites; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 9:00
a.m. February 4, 2020 by John Brennan, at 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Immediately
thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
