PreBid Info:   Pre-bid Conference will be held on Thursday, the 23rd of January, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the McCook Public Library. All Bidders are encouraged to make a careful, close examination of the entire building area involved in the construction prior to submitting their bid.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by City if McCook, at, 505 West C Street, McCook, NE 69001. Bids will be received up to the hour of 3:00 p.m., on Tuesdsy, the 4th day of February, 2020, at the McCook Public Library in McCook, Nebraska. At which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the Owner will proceed to publicly open and consider the bids received.

Project Location: McCook, NE

Public Notes:
The project includes demolition of existing HVAC systems, new HVAC equipment, transitional ductwork, water piping and electrical connections at the McCook Public Library. Work may commence on March 1, 2020 and must be completed by May 1, 2020.
