Contractors wishing to access the Abbott Elementary School roof at a different time will need to make an appointment by contacting Jeremy Madson at least 72 hours in advance. Site visits occurring on other dates are required to be after 4:00 p.m. or on weekends.

Project Description: New 60 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/Abbott Elementary School-Roof B-2, located at 1313 N. 156th Street, Omaha, NE 68118. The project includes removal of existing BUR system and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, polyisocyanurate insulation, tapered crickets, new flashings, edge metal, vent stacks, wood nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal and electrical work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 12,328 S.F.
