Public Notes:
Southeast Community College – Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM@R) to provide construction management at risk services for the proposed construction of a General Classroom Building (“Project”).

A general description of the proposed Project is as follows: Construction of an approximately 26,000 square foot addition and renovation of approximately 80,000 square foot area of the facility on the Southeast Community College – Lincoln Campus.
