Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the ‘B’ Wing Demo Project at the Pottawattamie County Courthouse located at 227 South 6th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa will be received at the offices of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa on Thursday, January 16, 2020 until 2:00 p.m. and will be opened publicly. The bid tab will be made public.

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to designated interior demolition work at the Lower Level, First Floor and Second Floor areas in what is now designated as the ‘B’ Wing of the Pottawattamie County Courthouse located at 227 South 6th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa. Included is removal of masonry walls, concrete locker bases, portions of cast in place concrete walls, drywall partitions, floor finishes, acoustic ceilings, light fixtures and other mechanical and electrical items. New work includes patching concrete floors and other finishes, mechanical and electrical items. Mechanical work includes the following: Remove existing MEP services in B-Wing not required for future services. Retain B-Wing existing cold deck unit and existing hot deck unit (hot deck unit will be removed in a later phase of work by another contract.)



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates, Inc. There is a limit of 1 set per plan holder. Additional sets may be purchased at Contractor's expense. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award of the project or within 14 calendar days from the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
