PreBid Info:   A Prebid Conference for all bidders will be held at the FHA Gifford Tower Board Room, 2510 N. Clarkson Street on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., local time. Following the meeting, a site visit will be conducted. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Attendance is not mandatory.

Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: January 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. local time.

Project Location: Fremont, NE

Public Notes:
Project consists of the following scope: Elevator modernization of Stanton Tower for the Fremont Housing Authority. Two, high-rise passenger elevators in a shared hoistway are being modernized and a fire command center will be added on ground floor, and generator replaced. Various architectural and engineering modifications, related to the elevator modernization, are included in the project scope of work.



Job Purchase Information:
Contracting Documents may be obtained on or after December 18, 2019 from A&D Technical Supply upon payment of a deposit in the amount of $50.00. Checks are to be payable to: Fremont Housing Authority. Only complete sets of documents will be issued.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

Digital copies of the Contracting Documents may be purchased from A&D Technical for a non-refundable fee of $50.00.

Deposits will be returned upon the return of plans, specifications and all addenda in good condition within fourteen (14) days after the bid opening. All deposits will be cashed after this fourteen day period. No partial sets will receive a deposit refunds.
