PreBid Info:   A prebid conference and tour of the existing building for all bidders will be held in Suite 2027 at Wittson Hall (WHM) on the Campus of UNMC. on December 30, 2019 at 2:00 pm, local time. All Bidders are required to attend, and other interested parties are invited to attend the pre-bid conference for distribution of information and tour the Project Site. There will be limited parking stalls located on the north side of the 4230 Building that will be available on a first come-first served basis. Additional parking will be available in Lot 25 located at the southeast corner of 42nd and Leavenworth Streets.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
