A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 2, 2020 in the school
library of Creighton Community School, 1609 Redick Avenue, Creighton, NE followed by
a guided informational tour of the facility. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting shall be
mandatory for anyone submitting a bid as a prime contractor for the project. All other
subcontractors are encouraged to visit the site and become familiar with the project and
existing conditions. Contact the school’s administration staff at (402) 358-5000.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to CMBA Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of the opening of proposals to obtain a deposit refund.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
