Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of said District at the office of FoleyShald
Engineering, LLC, 8790 F Street, Suite 108, Omaha, NE 68127 until 2:00 P.M. on the
January 7, 2020, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project
designated as LAKE CUNNINGHAM VILLAGE – SANITARY SEWER – PHASE I for Sanitary and Improvement
District 602, Douglas County, Nebraska, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.
