Project Description: Project consists of Phase 2 - Architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression/alarm and window restoration at the basement, 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors at the southeast quadrant of the Capitol.



Job Purchase Information:
Only invited Parties may receive bidding documents.

Physical set of plans and specs can be obtained with a refundable deposit check of $600.00 made payable to the Nebraska Office of Capital Commisions (OCC).

A complete digital copy of the plans and specs can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $40.00. PDF Drawings are locked, and can not be printed. All printing must go through A&D Technical Supply Co.

The complete set of documents can be shipped for a non-refundable payment of $40 to A&D Technical Supply Co.

After bidding-unsuccessful bidders will be required to return all documents to A & D. Deposits will be returned if documents and addenda are returned in good condition within 45 days of the bid opening. Bidding documents will be required to be returned whether or not deposit is returned.


Addenda
