PreBid Info:   A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools Elementary School on December 9, 2019 at 5:00 pm, local time. Bidders are encouraged to attend walkthrough. At discretion of Owner, bids may be rejected if Contractor has not attended the walkthrough.

Bids should be submitted to Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools Administration Office, 1842 Furnas Street, Ashland, Nebraska 68003. Bids received after the time above will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened.

Public Notes:
Project Description: Project consists of Mechanical system upgrades at the Ashland-Greenwood Elementary School. Specific work items include: Remove and cap outside air intake plenums; Remove one existing ceiling exhaust fan; Remove two gravity roof hoods; Remove two roof-mounted exhaust fans; Install three new energy recovery ventilators and ductwork as per plan; Install control dampers on outside air ductwork as per plan; Install two hydronic pumps.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
