Project Description: New 60 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/Montclair Elementary School-Roof, located at 2405 S. 138th Street, Omaha, NE 68144. The BASE BID project includes removal of existing BUR system and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, flat insulation, new flashings, cap metal, raising existing curbs, vent stacks, tapered insulation crickets and miscellaneous sheet metal work, including minor replacement of metal roof panels to facilitate roofing. NOTE: Roof system Mfr. may be either Firestone or Carlisle. Approximate BASE BID area to be re-roofed is 18,912 S.F. One bid alternate for an additional 5,145 S.F. (Must be Carlisle)
