Bid Info:   Bids for PLCS – Papillion La Vista South High School Parking Lot will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, at the Papillion-La Vista Community Schools Administrative Offices located at 420 South Washington Street, Papillion, Nebraska. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project consists of the removal of the existing parking lot west of the High School and the construction of a new parking lot and drop off lanes in its place, including associated lighting. The project is to be phased with the north portion completed for the 2020/2021 school year and the south portion completed for the 2021/2022 school year.



Job Purchase Information:
Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check only) in the amount of $50.00 payable to Papillion La Vista Community Schools.
Only Complete Sets of Contract Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Contract Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
