Project Description: New 90 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/West High
School-Roofs G, H & I, located at 5710 S. 176th Ave, Omaha, NE 68135. The project includes
removal of existing BUR system and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 90 mil
EPDM roof system, flat insulation, roof drains, new flashings, cap metal, vent stacks, wood
nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 24,356
S.F.
