PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting will be held at the MPS Support Services Center located at 13906 F Street, at 10:30 a.m. local time on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors wishing to access the Central Middle School roof will need to make an appointment by contacting Jeremy Madson at least 24 hours in advance.

Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project(s) known as Millard Public Schools-West High School – Roof Replacement Phase III (Areas G, H & I) before 9:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, December 12, 2019. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud at the MPS Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137.

Project Description: New 90 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/West High School-Roofs G, H & I, located at 5710 S. 176th Ave, Omaha, NE 68135. The project includes removal of existing BUR system and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM roof system, flat insulation, roof drains, new flashings, cap metal, vent stacks, wood nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 24,356 S.F.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
