Project Description: New 60 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/Central Middle School - Roof D-1, located at 12801 L Street, Omaha, NE 68137. The project includes removal of existing BUR system and flashings, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, flat insulation, new flashings, cap metal, vent stacks, wood nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. Approximate area to be re-roofed is 10,374 S.F.
