PreBid Info:   A mandatory pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., at the New Horizon Presbyterian Church, 30 Valley View Drive for interested Contractors. During the site visit contractors will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the project.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday November 26, 2019, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Public Notes:
MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities: 175 CY silt removal from triple 12’ x 12’ box culvert; 178 CY Silt and debris removal drainage channel bench; Seeding and mating.
