The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: New Fieldhouse with a total area of approximately 65,364 SF; New two (2) story Connector building with a total area of approximately 16,964 SF; Renovation of the approximately 13,000 SF of the existing Lied Fitness Center; New parking lots and drives to support the new addition.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $80.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
