The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska invites Bids for a Single Prime Contract
for the TEMPORARY RESEARCH SPACE RENOVATION FOR CONDA PROGRAM project,
consisting of an interior renovation of the entire third floor and part of the second floor of 3929
Harney St. The scope of the project consists of new mens and womens bathrooms on both floors
and additional office space, open work space, conferencing spaces, and a staff break room on the
third floor. The project includes architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
