Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received at the Kimball County Clerk’s Office at 114 East 3rd Street, Kimball, Nebraska until 5:00 p.m., November 4th, 2019 and opened at 10:00 a.m. November 5th,2019 in the Commissioners room for the Building Renovations to the Kimball County Transit Facility, Kimball, Nebraska. All bids, properly received, will be opened at the stated time in an open and public letting. The architect and owner will review all bids with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Building Renovations to the Kimball County Transit Facility.

Bid Documents, in the form of a CD of Electronic Download may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted.

Only complete sets of Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set electronic orders are allowed.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
