Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the Boiler Plant at the Pottawattamie County Courthouse located at 227 South 6th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa will be received at the offices of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa, Tuesday, November 7, 2019 until 2:00 p.m., and will be opened publicly. The bid tab will be made public.

Public Notes:
PROJECT DESCRIPTON: The Work includes but is not limited to modifications to the Boiler Plant at various locations of the Pottawattamie County Courthouse located at 227 South 6th Street, Council Bluffs, IA. Included are a new boiler plant including high-efficiency condensing boiler, pumps, pipe mains, controls, and accessories will be installed to provide a new centralized heating water system for the Pottawattamie County Courthouse. Additionally, there shall be a backfeed of existing heating water and domestic hot water services in the west basement Mechanical Room. A new chilled/heating water AHU will be provided for the future service of the 911 call center.
The work includes Men’s and Women’s Restrooms, expansion of the existing Boiler Room and addition of a Storage Closet on the Ground Floor.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to HGM Associates, Inc. There is a limit of 1 set per plan holder. Additional sets may be purchased at Contractor's expense. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award of the project or within 14 calendar days from the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
