Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids from General Contractors only, until 2:00 p.m. on November 13, 2019. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: Location: BVH Architecture, 901 Jones Street, Omaha, NE 68102. Bids shall be addressed to: Mr. Dean Wilson, Council Bluffs Community School District.

Project Description: Renovation of the existing Wilson Middle School located at 715 N. 21st Street, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The project consists of approximately 135,000 sq. ft. of renovations within the existing building, and construction of 2 new additions including; a New Main Entry / Administrative area addition of 5,114 sq, ft., and a Kitchen / Receiving area addition of 2,435 sq. ft. The project will also include Site Improvements immediately west and south of the existing building. Design includes engineering for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Food Service Equipment.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $350.00 payable to Council Bluffs Community School District. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
