Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2018 SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM RECONSTRUCTION - REBID will be received, by Sanitary and Improvement District No. 101 of Sarpy County, Nebraska, at the office of the Engineer, Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc., until 10:00a.m. local time on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

Project Location: Sarpy County, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of two separate contracts. Project Contract No. 1 includes furnishing 319 basin lift out assemblies of the size and type shown on the bid form. Project Contract No. 2 includes the installation of lift out assemblies including replacement of the grinder pump basin guide rails, discharge elbows, upper and lower guide brackets, base plates, and pump assembly lift out mechanisms.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
