Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the construction and installation of water works improvements for and on behalf of the Council Bluffs Water Works, consisting of approximately 940 feet of 10-inch D.I. water main and all appurtenances thereto in accordance with the plans and specifications for said Project, will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Water Works Trustees of the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa, at 2000 North 25th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa, until 1:30 PM on the of October 8, 2019, at which time the Secretary and Engineer will publicly open the bids in the Board Conference Room at said address, announce the amount of the bids, and file all proposals received.

The Project consists of construction of approximately 940 feet of 10-inch water main on 9th Avenue in the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
