A pre-proposal conference will be held on
Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in a meeting room at the Owner’s administration office, located at 14801 S. 108th Street, Springfield, Nebraska. The pre-proposal conference will
include an overview of the Project design to date, with an opportunity for prospective proposers
to ask questions about the Project. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory.

Eight (8) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash
drive preferred) of the proposal shall be addressed and delivered in a sealed envelope to
Springfield-Platteview Community Schools, Attn: Brett Richards, 14801 S. 108th Street,
Springfield, Nebraska, 68661. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. (CST) on October 18,
2019. Any proposal received after that time and date will not be opened or considered and will be
returned to the proposer. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the proposing
CM@R’s name, address, and telephone number clearly marked on the cover. The lower left corner
of the sealed envelope should read as follows: “PROPOSAL FOR CM@R FOR SPRINGFIELDPLATTEVIEW
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDINGS”. Proposal responses must include a
completed Proposal Verifications, Consents and Agreements, the form of which is included as
Appendix “F”.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
