PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at the Project Location, 3604 Summit Plaza Dr., Bellevue, Nebraska 68123. All attendees must check in at the Main Entry. Bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the ENHSA shall receive sealed bids on a single Combined General Construction Contract for proposed facility renovations at the recently procured Bellevue location listed above. That said bids shall be received by the owners representative, Amanda Stonys until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 10, 2019, at the ENHSA Administration Office, 4715 S 132nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Immediately thereafter bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the assigned conference room. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This project consists of approximately 9,264 SF of interior renovations, classified as Business Group B. The project includes minor demolition, new wall partitions, floor, ceiling and wall finishes. Upgraded lighting, replacement and modifications to the HVAC system to match the new office layout.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
