YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the ENHSA shall receive sealed bids on a single Combined
General Construction Contract for proposed facility renovations at the recently procured Bellevue
location listed above. That said bids shall be received by the owners representative, Amanda Stonys until
2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 10, 2019, at the ENHSA Administration Office, 4715 S 132nd Street,
Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Immediately thereafter bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the
assigned conference room. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This project consists of approximately 9,264 SF of interior renovations, classified as
Business Group B. The project includes minor demolition, new wall partitions, floor,
ceiling and wall finishes. Upgraded lighting, replacement and modifications to the HVAC
system to match the new office layout.
