Sealed proposals will be received by the Red Oak Community
School District (ROCSD) 1901 North Broadway Street, Suite A, Red Oak, IA 51566 until 2:00
p.m. on the September 20, 2019 for all labor, materials, and methods for the Red Oak
Early Childhood Center project and will be opened and read aloud at 2:15 p.m. for
construction of the following improvements (no awards will be made at this time).

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($100.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be
made out to Boyd Jones Construction. Builders Cards will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
