Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2019 FLOOD EVENT - RECONSTRUCTION OF DAMAGED STREETS
AND BERMS will be received, by SANITARY & IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 101 OF SARPY COUNTY,
NEBRASKA, at the office of the Engineer, Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc., until 10:00
a.m. local time on Wednesday, September 25th, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly”
opened and read.

Public Notes:

|
The Project consists of the reconstruction of the existing streets, shoulders, and
berms within the District that have been damaged or destroyed by the recent flooding. The
reconstruction work shall consist of the removal of damaged street pavement, replacement of full
depth asphalt patches, road bank stabilization, street shoulder reconstruction, and other
restoration of the flood-damaged street infrastructure.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
