One (1) copy of the bid shall be
addressed and delivered to Louisville Public Schools, Attn:
Superintendent, at the office of Morrissey Engineering, Inc., 4940 North
118th Street, Omaha, NE 68164. Bids will be received until 10:00 am
CDT on September 19, 2019, at which time they will be opened publicly
and simultaneously in the presence of bidders and/or their
representatives in the office of Morrissey Engineering, Inc. Any bid
received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be
returned to bidder.

Public Notes:

|
Louisville Public Schools, is requesting bids from
qualified individuals or entities for installation of a new Building
Automation System (“BAS”), which shall include without limitation
equipment controllers, front-end equipment, and wiring, to replace the
existing BAS in its entirety. The project site will be available for
construction to commence immediately upon the District issuing a
Notice to Proceed. Construction shall be completed no later than
January 5, 2020.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
