The said Documents have been prepared by (Specialized Engineering Solutions, Inc., 10360 Ellison Circle, Omaha, NE 68134), and may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co. (with $100 deposit).

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $20.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

Any bidder, upon returning the documents in good condition within 7 days of the public opening of the bids, shall be returned the deposit in full.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
