Sealed bids will be received in the Public Works office of the City of Bellevue, Nebraska until
10:00 AM., local time on the 11th of September, 2019, for the furnishing of labor, materials,
usage of contractor's equipment, plant, and all else necessary to complete the South 25th Street
Improvements project, Bellevue, Nebraska. Immediately thereafter the bids will be opened and
read aloud in the presence of all interested parties.

The project is located along 25th Street in Bellevue, south of Capehart Road, beginning south of Lynnwood Drive to the intersection of 25th & Towne Centre Drive. The overall length of the project is approximately 945’ and involves replacing the existing 20’ long bridge with a 114’ long 10’x 7’ reinforced concrete box culvert, roadway widening of the existing 2-lane roadway section to a 3-lane section, and associated sanitary & storm sewer, earthwork, sidewalk, trail, channel work.
