Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, NE 68524 before 1:30 pm on 08/30/2019 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Public Notes:
The scope of this project consists of furnishing all services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, required to make all necessary repairs of the failed dining facility (Building 70) located at Camp Ashland Training Site, Ashland, NE. This repair/restoration project includes repair (or repair by replacement) of flood and water damaged building components, exterior walls, interior walls and floors, and electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems in order to restore the building to full functionality and utilization. Repair/restoration work will occur in all areas of the 13,884 SF Dining Facility.
