This project consists of furnishing all all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses, and permits required to repair the FMS and Fire Station shared facility at Norfolk, NE. The building constructed in 2004 is in need of interior and exterior improvements. The interior improvements include installing epoxy flooring, replacing the existing water softeners, replacing fixtures and plumbing, HVAC repairs, painting and other miscellaneous improvements. Exterior improvements include replacement of gutters and downspouts, replacing pavement, striping the parking lot, and other miscellaneous improvements.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable
payment of $15.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling
and postage.
