Notice is hereby given that Missouri Valley Community Schools will receive sealed bids for
construction of the above project until 2:00 pm, local time, on Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Meeting to be held in the Elementary School Media Center. Sealed
bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be
received at Missouri Valley Community Schools Elementary School, 602 N. 9th Street, Missouri
Valley, IA 51555. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to CMBA Architects. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of the opening of proposals to obtain a deposit refund.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
