Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 08/29/2019 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm.

Project Location: Mead, NE

Public Notes:
This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to construct a 2,355 SF Fire Truck Ready Bay addition to the Simulation Building at the Mead Training Site. The 47' x 50' addition is be steel framed and steel covered construction with design configuration that will allow for drive through capabilities. The fire truck ready bays will have independent heat, be insulated, have a 8" concrete floor, and over head doors of sufficient size for fire trucks, equipment and apparatus. This project will have paved concrete building aprons in front of the overhead doors.

Digital copies are available for a non refundable fee of $20 payed to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Contractors are responsible for printing their own copies, or can purchase physical copies from A&D Technical Supply for a non-refundable fee of $45.00.

Documents can be shipped UPS for an additional non-refundable payment of $20.

Partial sets of documents will not be issued.
