Physical copies of contracting documents may be obtained from Lincoln Housing Authority (LHA) upon receipt of a check in the amount of $25.00 per set of documents. Checks are to be payable to Lincoln Housing Authority. Only complete sets of documents will be issued. Lincoln Housing Authority Office is located at 5700 “R” Street, Lincoln, NE 68505. Checks for physical sets are completely refundable if the documents are returned to the Architect, postpaid, in satisfactory condition, within ten (10) calendar days after the bid opening.
