Bid Info:   We are soliciting bid proposals on August 13th, 2019 at 2:00 PM Central Time for the North Park Elementary School – Pre-School Addition. Bid proposals can be mailed to the attention of Austin Larson at BD Construction office at PO Box 726, Kearney, NE 68848.

Project Location: Broken Bow, NE

Public Notes:
The project consists of the construction of a 7,433 sq. ft. new Classrooms, Activities Room and Office Addition to the existing School Building. This project will be managed by BD Construction as the Construction Manager.



Job Purchase Information:
Copies of plans and specifications may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply of Lincoln on July 23rd upon payment of a $100.00 deposit for each set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $25.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within 45 days after the bid opening date.
