PreBid Info:   A mandatory pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., at the Wabash Trailhead Park, 4102 Harry Langdon Boulevard for interested Contractors. During the site visit contractors will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the project.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday August 20, 2019, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Public Notes:
MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities: 385 CY Tree, woody or vegetative debris and trash or solid waste.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award of the project.
